INTRODUCTION:

JIO POLYMERSS PROCESS OILS are highly refined solvent neutral base oils and have good inherent oxidation and thermal stability, Non-corrosive and excellent ability to separate from water.

APPLICATION:

JIO POLYMERSS PROCESS OILS are generally suitable for manufacturing of different lubricants, for all lubrication systems and other oiling applications. These oils are also recommended for flushing of inaccessible internal surfaces of various automotive and industrial equipments.

Ingestion Do not induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If potentially dangerous quantities of this material have been swallowed, call a physician immediately. Get medical attention if symptoms occur.

Personal precautions

Environmental precautions

Prevent from spreading or entering into drains, ditches or rivers by using sand, earth or other appropriate barriers. Inform local authorities if this cannot be prevented. Pick up free liquid for recycling or disposal. The residual oil can be transferred to another container.

Clean up method- small spillage

Absorb liquid with sand or earth, sweep up and remove to a suitable, clearly marked container for disposal in accordance with local regulation.

Clean up methods–large spillage

Prevent from spreading by making a barrier with sand, earth or other containment material. Reclaim liquid directly or in an absorbent. Dispose of as for small spills.

Handling

Handle in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practices. If handled at elevated temperatures or with high speed mechanical equipment, vapors or mists might be released and require a well ventilated workplace.
